Conversion Process

Stage 1 – First Contact

Progress To Completion 25%

The first stage to getting your dream campervan, is to email us or ring to make contact and arrange an appointment. Use our knowledge and experience to get your ideas from imagination to reality.

Send us a email or pick up the phone and we will be happy to guide you in the right direction. We can then book you an appointment to come have a workshop tour and get a feel for how we operate, and to see the quality of our work first hand.
After you have had a workshop tour, we can sit down in the meeting room and discuss your exact requirements while going through our comprehensive specification form. At the end of this meeting you will have a personalised quotation printed out to take away with you along with a good idea on what we offer in terms of colours options.
When your happy with the rough quotation and specification the next stage would be to book a production slot. We normally have a 4-6 month lead time depending of the time of year. We take a £500 non refundable holding fee to secure your slot which is deducted from you final invoice.

Now you have an outlined specification, booked a production slot and viewed the swatch pack we sent out, now we need to have a second meeting to discuss your final specification. We sit down in our meeting room and making sure that you are happy with your final choices and answering any questions you may have.
In this same meeting we will discuss your colour choices that you made from the comprehensive swatch pack we sent out to you following the previous appointment. We go through other examples that we have on our system, and talk through in detail the choices made to make sure that the final outcome will meet your expectations and ours.
At this point the specification and colours should have been finalised, so we can now start ordering in all of the parts required to complete you build. We invoice you for 50% of the total cost at this point so that all parts and materials are ready to go as soon as you van is delivered to us or dropped off by yourself.

Stage 3 – Vehicle Supply

Progress To Completion 75%

The next stage would be to supply the van to us, or we will inform you that your van is here if we are supplying the base van.

After all options and colour choices are chosen the next appointment is to drop the van off to our workshop if you are supplying the vehicle, or we will inform you that your van is here if we are supplying the van. We have one last check through the specification to make sure no items are forgotten, and that both parties are clear on the build.
A damage report is conducted on the vehicle before any work is carried out. This will be a comprehensive inspection of the vehicles interior and exterior pre conversion condition.
Now we have everything in place to commence work on the vehicle, and we will keep you updated thought the build with progress reports weekly. Pictures can be supplied on request throughout various stages of the build.
