Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to convert my van 2016-06-15T09:04:29+00:00

The whole conversion process normally takes 4 weeks from the start date, but this does depend on the specification of the build. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances the build can be delayed, in which case we suggest allowing 6 weeks for the conversion process.

What are the payment terms 2016-06-07T14:48:03+00:00

Our payment terms are broken down into instalments as listed below:

Payment 1 – £500 non refundable holding fee to secure a production slot.

Payment 2 – 50% of the total build cost up front for ordering in parts.

Payment 3 – 40% of the total build cost when the vehicle is 2 weeks from completion.

Payment 4 – 10% is paid upon completion when you are satisfied with the job.

If a new van is also being ordered as part of the conversion, then there will be a further two payments taken for the deposit and the outstanding balance of the vehicle, unless finance is arranged.
